Phone call tracking: Our (310) 596-1751 line is routed through CallRail for call-source attribution and quality assurance. CallRail collects the caller’s phone number, call time and duration, and source attribution (which page or ad triggered the call). Call content is not recorded by default. Call content remains confidential.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries — contact form and phone submissions are used to provide the editorial guidance requested
- Aggregate analytics — visitor patterns inform our editorial priorities
- Correction management — facility-operator correction requests are used to update published content
What we don’t do
