Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Website analytics: We use standard web analytics tools (e.g., Plausible or equivalent privacy-friendly analytics) to understand traffic patterns. These tools collect aggregate information — page views, referrer sources, general geography — and do not collect personally identifiable information.

Contact form submissions: When you submit a contact form or insurance verification request, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, insurance details, message content). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Phone call tracking: Our (310) 596-1751 line is routed through CallRail for call-source attribution and quality assurance. CallRail collects the caller’s phone number, call time and duration, and source attribution (which page or ad triggered the call). Call content is not recorded by default. Call content remains confidential.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries — contact form and phone submissions are used to provide the editorial guidance requested
  • Aggregate analytics — visitor patterns inform our editorial priorities
  • Correction management — facility-operator correction requests are used to update published content

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell visitor or caller data
  • We do not share caller information with treatment facilities
  • We do not refer callers to specific facilities based on paid relationships (we accept no referral fees)
  • We do not use visitor tracking for retargeting advertising

Third-party services

  • CallRail — phone call tracking and attribution
  • Web analytics — aggregate site usage patterns (Plausible or equivalent)
  • Email provider — infrastructure for editorial team email

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal cookies — primarily for analytics aggregation and standard web operations. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for marketing retargeting.

Children’s privacy

Our content and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Material changes will be dated and communicated via the site.
