Request a Facility Profile Correction
If you believe something on a SoCal Addiction Centers facility profile or filter page is out of date, inaccurate, or missing, please submit the correction below. We review every submission. Accepted corrections are applied to the dataset with a new Last verified date.
How corrections are handled
- Every submission is reviewed by the editorial team.
- Corrections supported by primary-source documentation (NJ DMHAS licensure record, CARF/TJC accreditation page, the facility's own website) are prioritized.
-
If we accept your correction, we update the profile and the master dataset, and we
update the
data_verified_dateon the affected record. - If we decline a correction, you'll receive a response explaining why (most common reason: the claim can't be verified against primary sources).
- We don't accept commercial removal requests from facility owners. If you believe a profile is defamatory or contains specifically false information, submit documentation and we'll review.
What we accept
- Factual errors — wrong address, phone, website, services, accepted payers.
- Status updates — facility closure, merger, rename, accreditation change.
- Missing facilities — if a NJ DMHAS-licensed addiction treatment facility isn't in our directory.
- Scope questions — flagged listings, program-flag misclassifications.
- Typos and formatting issues.
